Service Disconnections

Lakeland Electric is committed to providing dependable energy service and minimizing the spread of COVID-19.

We also know that as the impacts of the virus spread, our customers will face uncertainty and may experience financial difficulties. That is why we are immediately suspending service disconnections for non-payment until further notice.

Customers are encouraged to contact Customer Service at 863-834-9535 (M-F 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) or customerservice@lakelandelectric.com for payment arrangements or to learn about other programs that may be beneficial. Customers can access their accounts from home 24/7 at lakelandelectric.com.

Lakeland Electric is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and is taking proactive steps to minimize the risk to our customers and employees. We have reduced non-essential services. Should our employees need to be in your area, they will limit their contact through social distancing. We have made plans to ensure the continuation of operations and service.
