If you have provided us your phone number, our automated system can recognize the number you are calling from and match it to your address to help us locate outages quickly.
Downed power lines and or trees that have fallen on power lines call (863) 834-4248.
Never go near or touch downed power lines.

Lakeland Electric customers are automatically enrolled to receive notifications if there is an outage in your area and notification when your power is restored. You can receive alerts by phone, text, or email to keep you informed and help make your life a little easier.

REG - Registers the device for outage alerts with the associated or specified account.
OUT - Reports an outage for a specified location.
STAT - Requests the status for a specified location.
NICK - Creates a nickname for a specified location.
HELP - Provides the list of available conversation words.
PAUSE - Pauses the receiving of any SMS messages for 24 hours.
RESUME - Resumes the receiving of any SMS messages.
STOP - Stops the receipt of any SMS messages.
