Automatic Bank Draft

Lakeland Electric Automatic Bank Draft is the stress-free way to pay your bill on time every month. Because your payment is automatically withdrawn from your bank account, you don’t have to worry about paying it on time. You’ll still receive a monthly utility bill listing the amount and payment due date; however, 25 days from your bill date, the funds will be electronically transferred from your bank account (Electronic Funds Transfer/EFT).

How to enroll

Please call (863) 834-9535 and a customer service representative can enroll your account over the phone. Customer Service is available from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

How it works

Automatic Bank Draft will begin with your next monthly bill that states “Do Not Pay.” You will need to pay any current balance using your current payment method.

Lakeland Electric’s Paperless Billing is provided and hosted by our payment vendor, Kubra Data Transfer, LLC.  To use this service, each account must be enrolled in paperless billing.  Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made in sufficient time to meet required deadlines.

One Time Payment/Website (WITH Fee)

Welcome to EZPay, a convenient payment service offered to Lakeland Electric customers by our payment processing agent, Kubra Data Transfer LTD. Kubra charges a non-refundable convenience fee of $2.75 per transaction, which will be charged to your bank account. Payments made before 5:30 p.m. will post to your account on the same business day.

Automated Telephone System

Customers may now access their utility account(s) by telephone 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day with little to no wait time to retrieve account balance and due date, make a payment, update your telephone number and request a payment extension if one is needed.

Additionally, our Customer Service representatives are available during normal business hours,  (excluding holidays) by dialing (863) 834-9535.
