Lakeland Electric is proud to announce the launch of a new feature in our Customer Service telephone system. You can soon access your utility account(s) by telephone 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day, and able to retrieve your account balance and due date, make a payment, request a payment extension if one is needed, turn service on and off and even update your telephone number. Customer Service representatives will continue to be available to speak with you during normal business hours, 7:30am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday* (*excluding holidays).
